May 21, 2009


Peg Arguimbau Chairman, Keevin Geller, Elizabeth McGrath, and Meredith deCarbonnel were the members present.

7:45 p.m.: Notice of Intent Public Hearing Continuance - William Drexel for the proposed demolition of the existing residence at 25 Meadow Road.  A new, enlarged residence is to be constructed and relocated on the lot, in addition to the proposed replacement of the septic system and associated site work, DEP File #SE-280-0503:

Due to William Drexel’s absence, Peg called for a motion to continue the hearing until further notified by the Applicant.
Elizabeth McGrath moved. Keevin Geller seconded. Voted. Unanimous.

8:00 p.m. Executive Session:

A Roll Call Vote was taken to enter into Executive Session with Attorney John Rockwood to discuss pending violation issues.

9:00 p.m. Adjourn from Executive Session:
A Roll Call Vote was taken to adjourn from Executive Session.  

9:05 p.m. Approve Past Meeting Minutes:

Peg called for a motion to approve the April 16, 2009 Meeting Minutes as presented.
Meredith deCarbonnel moved. Keevin Geller seconded. Voted. 3-0-1.

Peg called for a motion to approve the April 16, 2009 Executive Session Meeting Minutes as presented.
Keevin Geller moved. Elizabeth McGrath seconded. Voted. Unanimous.

Peg called for a motion to approve the May 7, 2009 Executive Session Meeting Minutes as amended.
Meredith deCarbonnel moved. Elizabeth McGrath seconded. Voted. Unanimous.

Peg called for a motion to approve the May 7, 2009 Meeting Minutes as presented.
Keevin Geller moved. Meredith deCarbonnel seconded. Voted. 3-0-1.
